Query about refund processed in store at end of September

<p>December 20, 2016, 17:55</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day</p> <p>I bought and item on the 30 September 2016, however I returned the item At Eastgate Shopping Centre and I was told my refund will be paid by EFT hence I paid by card. I requested the proof of payment as I don't remember receiving my refund after checking my bank statement , to date I haven’t received feedback .I send the Query about refund processed in store end of September and i attached the receipt I communicate with Tamlyn she requested the card number that was used to purchased I send it and nothing happened still. Am so disappointed by poor service and bad communication. </p> <p>Cotton On !!!</p> <p> </p>
