Quality issues

Cotton On has always been one of my favourite stores, because your prices aren't that bad your clothes are perfect for students, but during te couple of months I've bought a denim(not a jegging) that tore the first time I put it on(I was busy putting it on and my finger punched a hole right through the material), and I also bought a jumpsuit that I wore for the 2nd time and the strap broke right off. This is really unacceptable because even though you are affordable, doesn't mean that I want to waste R600 on a jumpsuit... That's not a small amount of money if you're a student. Please better your quality, or drop your prices so that people at least know what their getting.
