POOR SERVICE!!!

I ordered two items from Cotton on click and collect. Got my notification that its ready for collection at the clearwater store. Only one item was sent instead of two. Fine. They have 1 item in stock. I was charged for the two items. Now its been an issue because, cant get the second item although I paid for it AND its in stock. The manager on duty tries to phone the customer care department. CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT EXIST! NO ANSWER!!! BEEN STANDING HERE NOW AN HOUR..This is BS!! I will never do this to myself again.
