Poor service by Cotton On Clearwater Mall

I went to Cotton On at Clearwater Mall on Tuesday 16/3/2021 to purchase some items from them, I noticed some items on a rail that was on sale for R100 per item, I took 3 items from that rail and proceeded to the pay point to make payment for everything that I purchased, when I received my slip I thought that the amount charged was high considering 4 of the 7 items purchased were on sale for R100, I took everything out off the bag and checked the slip, I discovered that 2 of the 3 items that I got from the R100 sale rail where charged at normal prices and not the sale price as was stated on the rail, I went back to the paypoint and pointed out their error, I was made out to be lying by one of the sales ladies about where I got two of the 3 items from, that two of the items were new stock and that the stock was hanging in a different area in the shop, I am a very regular shopper at Cotton On and was highly offended by the way I was dealt with by this particular sales person. I would like for camera footage to be looked at to prove that I got the 3 items from the R100 sale rail and for staff to be trained to not treat customers in the manner that I was treated.
