Poor Quality Clothing

Bought a jacket at the Waterfront last Saturday. Had no issues. Two days later I see a rip in the jacket. The jacket was R499. I tried to return the jacket in PE because I was on holiday in Cpt and returned home. I was met with poor service. A supervisor pretending to be the store manager. Saying she will not exchange or refund and insinuated that I purposely tore the jacket. Insisting I come back so the regional manager can decide whether to refund or do an exchange. I insisted that coming back would be another expense and they should be able to settle a matter in store. The supervisor was rude and not helpful. I am shocked at the poor quality of service and product.
