Poor Online and Email support regarding orders

I made an online purchase on the 10th of May. I do understand that they are busy BUT I have not had any correspondance regarding my order, weighbill or when I am receiving my stock!! Their customer service and website is the worst. You cannot contact anybody and they simply don't reply to emails. They keep referring you to their website questions but this doesn't answer mine i.e "Where is my stock?! I would not purchase online from them, unfortuantely they do not have the capacity or man power to operate their system properly!
