Poor customer service

I app**** for credit and was approved. I went to the store to get my card was told there was a problem they couldn't give me the card. Was very surprised when I recieved a msg that I bought using the card. I immediately called their customer service, was told the card was blocked and I must go to the store to fill in a dispute form.my account was debited for purchase I dd not make. Went to the store was told they r sorry they were going to fix the problem. Waited nothing happened, 2nd month my account was debited again. I phoned customer service again, they took my details and promise to escalate the matter, till today no one from that store contacted me. I guess my account will be debited again.
