Perks card new terms and conditions

Cotton On/Typo have changed their terms and conditions with regards to their Perks loyalty cards..... For every R1000 you spend you receive a R100 voucher. But you can only redeem this voucher if you purchase an item to the value of R200 or more. I spend R6000+ over December and received 6 x R100 vouchers. I can only redeem these vouchers if I purchase items to the value of R1200 or more. Therefore I am putting in R600 cash together with the R600 vouchers. This is just another way for Cotton On/Typo/Factorie to make more profit and get us to spend more money at their stores. What is the point of a perks card and receiving vouchers if we have to pay more money to redeem them? This is a complete *******.
