Payment not allocated, it has been a month or more and nothing as been done

I've made a payment to Cotton on and the payment wasn't allocated, I have been calling and following up on my payment I made in full and yet no luck since 25 March till today nobody has gotten back to me. I have been doing follow up calls and nobody has allocated my payment I am very unhappy with this service
