Pathetic service from Cotton On

I understand that we are currently in a pandemic and that online shopping has its pitfalls. But i do not agree with Cotton On blatant disregard for customer care. I placed an online order 3rd of May 2020 and requested that the items be delivered to a different address. My initial order was cancelled and reprocessed and is on its way to me! Despite sending 4 emails as cotton on call centre inactive...despite going in store to clear up this mess...in hopes that I will not have to courier an item myself...ZERO RESPONSE. Only to receive a generic response on the 9th of MAY saying that one of my clothing items I requested was not available. Why is there online support so pathetic, I can't even cancel my entire order!!!!!
