Pathetic service

I placed an order through cotton on online on the 1st of December 2024 today it’s the 14th of December 2024 I have not received any communication whatsoever from cotton on regarding my order, I started calling their call centre number everyday from the 9th but every day there’s no consultant available even when trying to talk to their consultants online from their website even that option says “there’s no consultant available”. It’s the 3rd time now I placed an order online from cotton on but I have to say that I’ve never experienced such a poor service from them, I’m wondering everyday that cotton on don’t see the importance of notifying their customers that they having backlog but they keep on accepting orders that they can’t even handle this is pathetic and unacceptable.

Today it’s the 13nth day since I placed my order but I have not even received 1 email from them, atleast saying they have received my order it’s just quiet.
