PATHETIC SERVICE AND USELESS ADMIN

I placed an online order with Cotton On... Playflex took my first installment... this was 19 October. My order failed for some unknown reason... Payflex is now collecting the next installment in 4 days time for an order I didnt receive.

I have emailed Playflex, they tell me to deal with Cotton On directly... I deal with cotton on and they have absolutely ***** knowledge there too!! they pass me back to Payflex and my bank.. Cotton on passes, refuses to assist me stating its not their problem.., Payflex refuses to assist me by cancelling the payment plan and releasing my deposit as they have no notification from Cotton on that the stuff wasnt delievered... My bank will reverse my money in 10 days at MY COST! Payflex has no people that actually know how to assist clients. They are useless yet they are holding the funds! Never use payflex ever again or cotton on. They pass the bucket.. they have useless people working for them.

Now at a cost to me, I have to reverse the money, then when payflex collects the money again, I will have to do it again!! Simply because no one at either company knows how to do any admin!

I refuse to ever purchase items with either one of them again. They are a nightmare and obviously have no idea how to solve their own issues!
