Pathetic Service and Phone ******

This past Saturday I was in Cotton On North Gate. I had my cell phone in my pocket when I was in the store, but noticed about 20 minutes later on my way to another shop that it was gone. I ran into the store and asked one of the assistants if they had found a phone, she said no, but then went to ask at the main counter. The lady named \Mo"who I found out was the manageress was so dam rude and reluctant to help. She straight up said no and carried on with something else. I insisted that it had been left there and still no assistance from her. After causing quite a scene"
