Pathetic customer service

<p>I decided to visit cotton on today which at the end of it all l regretted . As l was busy in the store l asked a guy by the name Mzamo to assist with an item that didnt have price tag on, l called him 4times then the 5th time he just looked at me and said "WHAAT". I ignored then l continued with my shopping. After a while l needed assistance in the changing rooms and he was the only one l could see closeby, so l called him again , Surprisingly same response "WHAAT" whilst raising his hands this time. I just couldn't believe how a shop assistant could behave in such a manner. I proceeded to the store manager Mxolisi Khumalo who gave me the customer care number and asked me to lay a complaint there. Mzamo couldn't be bothered, he clearly doesn't enjoy his job. </p>
