Parcel not received and y’all quiet!! Disappointing!!!

I placed a order on the 20th of Dec, paid for express delivery because I bought my daughter her Christmas dress and arranged that it’s delivered to me on time and 8 days later it has not been delivered. I have sent countless DMs via social media to Cotton on which has been ignored because there is no email or telephone number for you guys!!! I have sent a million emails to Dawn Wong and they still haven’t delivered my package. Geez guys!!! 8 days later!! Totally disappointing!
