Order Online from Cotton On at your own Peril

I ordered some clothes on the the 28th July for Delivery. It's now almost a month later and there has been no delivery and not even a hint of when they might be delivered.

Their online support is worse than shocking. They appear to have no presence in South Africa and are unable to respond to any delivery issues. All they keep telling me is that they're escalating the issue and then I don't hear from them.

I haven't even had the courtesy of an email acknowledging that there is a problem or that it's being deal with.
