Order not received

I placed an order on the 21st of December 2023 (order number: ***) for collection at Fourways Crossing. As at 27 December 2023 the order has not yet arrived for collection, however the website and confirmation of order email shows a timeframe of 1-4 days. There has been no communication on a delays of any sort. Cotton On just took my money and decided they are not going to provide the goods ordered.
