Order lost in translation

I placed my order on the 02.12, to date i havent received it. I understand it was black friday and cyber monday, however it has been a week and neither cotton on and dawn wing knows where my package is. They refer me to the other and all i want to know is where my order is! I want it before Friday, 13th.
