Online shopping, no package

I got ****med by cotton in. I ordered stuff from their online store in June and I still don’t have the package. They said I probably got ****med but they didn’t even try to help me or anything and didn’t show concern that someone is using their website to rob people. I can never trust cotton again, spending money only for you to not be given the service you deserve
