Online order,technical error

Hi I placed an online order,and chose the Payflex payment option at checkout.The first installment was paid successfully,but when the 'return to merchant' happened the order was not placed on Cotton On website because of a 'technical error'.Now the hassle to cancel the payment plan with Payflex,and get a refund.So dont use this option when buying from Cotton On online
