Not good for business

Went to purchase a basic watch for myself, in Nelspruit and not one of the two stores had stock. Tried online but apparently it's not sold online? How am I meant to purchase something even though small, if I can't even get it. JHB isn't far away but how do I get one from there? Should make all items available online for the cases that multiple stores in a small city are sold out.
