No return policy

Hi i bought a mens tshirt at your store in Menlyn and wanted to return it because it was a gift and the person didnt like it, so we went back the next day for a credit back on my credit card (slip and tag still on tshirt. According to the staff member they couldnt do it as they were offline. Went back again 2 days later…just to tell me sorry system is offline. They referred me then to the Woodlands branch. Today Saturday 11 February went to woodlands branch and again the same story..,they offline and asked me if i can maybe come in later, went there 3 times and stiil no help. Apparently Cotton cannot help customers with refund cards but they can help customers buying with cards when theres loadshedding and for that they wont see me again…only for my credit which i hope to get soon.
