No refund

I returned an item to Cotton On Woodmead Retail Centre on the 1st March 2018...they advised that because I purchased the item using my debit card that would be the same way they refund me...to date being the 3 April 2017 have not received my money back...every time I contact Cotton On no one is willing to assist...all I want is my money refunded as they promise on their website
