no packets, no service

I have been three times now to Pavillion to purchase cushions and throws from their Mark Tuckey range...what a joke...no trolleys, NO PACKETS...no help<br> Tuesday I had two trolleys full of stuff to buy..no one would assist me as I stood there with my pile of goods...I made 20 trips to the till and asked for a trolley after being repeatedly ignored by chatting staff \WHO REMEMBERED ME FROM THE WEEK BEFORE< WHEN THE SAME HAD HAPPENED\"<br> <br> I am beyond disbelief that such service and lack of caring exists in such a large chains tore....<br> surely if you sell large items you have PACKETS...a BASIC REQUIREMENT...! maybe service is an optional extra!"
