No help from online support

I've been emailing the online support team regarding the delivery of my item from Dawn wing Since 5/06/2020 and all I get is sorry for the inconvenience. We'll email them. I haven't seen them try to assist me in any way. I shouldn't be the one running around. They gave people who don't know how to do their jobs the job now they can't even assist me in finding out when my item will be delivered. I honestly just want my parcel. And I'll never ever choose delivery as an option. Even though I paid for it. It's like it was free or something. I'm very disappointed
