No customer service

I bought an item from cotton on Tygervalley and i has 2 return the item bcz it doesn't fit when i got there was a assisted by a nice cashier and told me that they couldn't return the item item asked to speak to a manager as i know it can be done depending on the managers discretion this person whose suppose to be a manager just can and said can't return the item with no interest of what is had 2 say or customer service as i was not feeling well i was in not mood 2 argue asked if could atleast get a voucher he said no then walked away . Even the cashiers were left puzzled and said i could speak with 1 of the other managers but as i wasnt well i just left it
