New applications

<p>It has been 5 days since submitting my new application, told turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours, still waiting. After phoning wuite a few times and having it escalated, I am no closer to having an answer on when it will be finalized. Been stuck with one department since yesterday, and now I have been told they are short staffed. How is that my problem??? So frustrated as I wanted to take my daughter shopping today as she loves Cotton on clothing, hence made sure the application was in early in week, but will now have to go cash shopping somewhere else. Sorry Cotton on, not getting my money.</p>
