Never use your card at Cotton on Cavandish square you will regret!!!

I returned an item at Cotton on Cavandish square on 24 December 2024,I bought the item cash but the wanted my card for the refund.i waited for the money and went to the store to ask about it spoke to Asma(store manager) who said in 7 days,came back on the 8th day spoke to Sara (store manager) who said it takes 7-10 days.I left my bank statement and my refund slip as proof with her,later got a call asking for another statement and I went to print and sent it to Sara and they called again for another statement and I discovered the lady they sent to request statements can't read my statement,got frustrated waited a couple of days and went to the store with another statement and spoke to Asma who said she got an email the previous night saying my money is coming to in 7days after their investigations,the next day got a call from Sara said I'm not getting any money I had a different card on the day of the refund, told her I only have one standard bank card and that's the card I used, emailed their head office twice and their only rep**** today to say the money was sent to a card that could be linked to my account I use on Apple pay or Google pay,I have no apple pay,no Google pay I don't even use a banking app.I want my money from Cotton on,I will never buy anything from them, Cotton on I want my R599,00.Im escalating the matter to the consumer protection agency
