Never shop through cotton on online

I have been waiting for my package for more than a week, I received an sms from dawn wig with my waybill no and it is not providing an info regarding how far along my parcel is. This is so disappointing, I have ordered through superbalist and Mr price thorough out our lock down period and I have received all my packages on time. No communication is provided. This is ridiculous!! I am never shopping through cotton on online ever again!! Let hope I get my package, that I spent so much money on!!
