Never order from Cotton On

I placed an order paid a significant amount of money 3 weeks ago online for clothes to be delivered. They have not sent my goods, not have they given me a tracking number. I have sent many emails, both through their site and privately. No one responds. They are happy to take my cash and give you the middle finger.
