Never again, cotton on!

The worst thing I could have done was order online and select store pick up. My order has never changed from “in progress” since. They promise 1-4 business days delivery and 7 days later and no change. I’ve tried to contact their customer service with no luck. I’m just hoping I actually get my order before my trip at the end of the month because I ordered it 20 days in advance!
