I have placed about 6 online orders with the Cotton On group in the last few weeks. I just have to commend everyone involved. The ordering process was so easy, the delivery fast and efficient, and the returns process (in-store for 2 orders) was simple. Thank you so much for a job well done during this time. As I am an emergency nurse working crazy hours during this time, online is my best method of shopping. Cotton On has made this process so simple. Thank you very much for the constant communication too. I am extremely grateful and I'm very happy with my purchases. The returns were simply because of sizes, and were re-ordered in the correct size!
