Missing in action

Cotton On Sandton - we made a significant purchase of very nice clothing, and at the till my daughter spotted a beaded lanyard for her cell phone - which we added on to the purchase. The assistant behind the till was efficient enough - if rather morose. However, when we got home - the lanyard was nowhere to be found! It never made it into the shopping bag apparently. I tried phoning the store over two days - the phone was not picked up even once! I lodged a complaint with the online customer support website - no response! This item may only be worth around R100 - not worth a drive back to the store - but I will likely never shop at the Sandton store ever again - and will be watching like a hawk when my shopping bag is being filled at all other Cotton On stores!
