Lovely product... ruined by *********** staff

<p>So i get spoiled by my wife for Fathers Day with a great pair of pants from the Greenstone Mall, Edenvale. Small problem is i am not crazy about the style and ask my wife to return the pants and get credited and i will look at what i like at alternate stores. She goes in and staff are more than willing to assist, when they ask my wife for her bank card she asks why and explains that the purchase was made with R100 on her debit card and R400 cash. She is asked again is this a credit card to which she replies no it is an ordinary debit card. The reversal is done onto my wifes card and is only available 7 days later. Now i ask if i take the items from Cotton On i pay, why when i return the item should i wait 7 days for my refund....?</p> <p>To add insult to injury, i call Cotton On customer care yesteday, i am promised someone will be in touch in 2-3 hours or an email will be sent to me and guess what... nothing....?</p>
