Loud music. Bad service.

Rosebank Mall Saturday 26 October 9.30am No sales staff Music sooo loud you can’t think Staff members at pay point laughing and chatting with each other When I asked why the music is so incredibly loud I was told by a staff member sweeping the floor it was meant to kept the staff energised. Really Cotton On? What kind of service is this? No staff loud music no one bothers to even notice you. Don’t worry you’re up there with bad service with many others. Malls will be obsolete. No one knows how to work. Just dance play loud music and talk to each other.
