Lies from cotton on customer care

Hello. I would like to let you know that cotton on has messed around for one month promising a refund for inferior quality garments which i bought and returned. To date i have recieved about 30 emails from a lady named Lonny who requested my bank details so the money will be deposited into my bank acc. NOTHING... i spoke to timothy and thando at the call centre who also acknowledged the issue and promised to have it resolved. Cotton on has *****ed me... they dont want to give my refund. Only excuses and as from today they all seem too busy to worry about me as a small customer. I hope after this goes to the media my refund will be processed
