LACK OF COMPETENCY

I recieved a call from BLAKE ASSOCIATES and I told them I will pay my account on the 28th of April which would be a sat. I was told I can pay the account over the counter and use my I.D number as reference as I do not have my cotton on card. I arrived at the store on sat as promised and was about to pay my account full and then close. The lady at the counter said they do not do payments over the counter and that I need my card to pay. I told her I do not have a card and that I was told it was okay to use my I.D number as reference to pay my account and then close it. Now what annoys me is that I keep coming to these damn stores to pay my account and close and they always and i mean ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES WHEN ITS TIME TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT AND CLOSE THE DAMN ACCOUNT!!!!. I have other accounts to pay and close... I then proceeded to Poetry store where I needed to close that account as well and was told they are offline with RCS. I hate coming to the mall countless times to do the same thing and recieve the same damn answers!!!!. same damn thing with Factorie- its always an issue when paying and closing yet you people call me AAAAAALLLLL THE DAMN TIME to pay but cant even get staff members to do their job. One time I went to factorie store in Eastgate to pay my card the lady at the counter was shocked that they even gave out Factorie cards???? how *********** are these people?? lack of communication within staff and employers.

Its ridiculous that I have to go to eastgate countless times for this, you guys dont pay my transport fees and I find it a waste of my day!

Get this nonsense cleared.
