Lack of communication about parcel

They firstly did not give me any form of communication about my tracking for my parcel until days later when I had go ask for it through their *********** live chat option and then somehow my parcel seems to have been lost in transit (I also had to call them to find this out) because the *********** courier company that these use has no idea what they are doing honestly (DPD laser). This is the first and last time I will be purchased from Cotton On online and in person and I advise others to do the same.
