Inconsistencies

Went there to buy underwear. The sizes is inconsistent. Went back to return them( same day of purchase). They told me that they dont do returns, exchange or refunds... No where in the store does it show me that i am not allowed to return underwear. I had to just believe the manager...

How should you know if its going to fit you or not? No details on the labels can tell you if its going fit or not. No assistance are offered to asure the right fit.... R350 down the drain. Just like that!!!!!!

Really such a huge frustration....
