Impossible to pay account and clothes fall to pieces

It is impossible to pay your cotton on card. Every month for over a year the self service portal does not work. NOTHING works. The quality of the clothes is disgusting. See-through, over priced and all i want to do is pay off this account to get the hell away from this company and they wont even let me do that!!!!
