I bought 4 hoodies on 19 May paid R2007

I bought 4 hoodies on 19 May paid R2007.20 including express delivery. Today 23 May Cotton on refuses to deliver or refund stating payment wasn’t made. I paid using my credit card in full same time online doing purchase, even my bank has confirmed it. But still..
