Horrible service

Cotton on is horrible at handling customers I return an item back to them because I wasn't happy with product colour and required to be refunded back the money. it has been over a month now and my money has not been refunded or returned and I try communicating with them but the absolutely have no answers or solutions for me at often times they don't even respond. Still waiting on my refund!!
