Horrible ppl with huge EGOS

Alicia Joseph a horrid person who has no respect and zero customer service skill verbally accosted me several times implying I was trying to *****! tje so called manager LORENZO GOVENDER then approaches me and instead of an apology proceeds to insult me! He insists I DO NOT purchase the items I had taken for my daughter and leave the store. This is done loudly in front of other customers and without asking what had occurred. He proceeds to verbally attack me.loudly. Insinuating I am *****ing HORRIFIC BEHAVIOR-he terrorized us in store-LORENZO AND ALICIA should both be fired-further action will be taken.
