Horrible online service

I have never had a pleasant experience with cotton on online. In May I had 2 orders which took over 10 days to be delivered to me. I though it was probably the lockdown backlog

I ordered an item for click and collect on the 13th on November and immediately received my invoice vi a Email

Today I follow up on their website chat I find that my order was canceled I was notified or refunded

Their reason is that the item was out of stock my question was then wasn’t the website supposed to give me an error, how did it allow me to complete the purchase? Timothy’s response was someone bought the last item just before me and he is only processing my refund now.

The worst experience ever with online purchase for all the 3 transactions I have had with him
