Horrible customer service at Cotton on Thavhani Mall

The customer service at Cotton On Thavhani Mall is TERRIBLE!!! I tried to return a bucket hat I bought a few days ago because it was big. the first thing I was told was that a bucket hat is an accessory and you have to return accessories on the day you bought them I asked to see where that was written on the terms and conditions and obviously it was not so I presented my receipt and continued to ask for a refund, my receipt was a little faded at the bottom and they said we cannot refund you because your card information is faded at the bottom of the receipt I said surely this information is on the system somewhere can you not print it out from the system and attach the receipt I’m providing you with to show that it was faded because I know I’m not the first customer in history to come with a faded receipt they said no. I asked to speak to the manager and there was no manager in the store. So I asked to speak to the manager in the phone and they said no. So ultimately I received no help and I am highly disappointed!
