Horrible Customer Service

I am getting very frustrated, for over a year now my cotton on email does not work. I never get my perks emailed to me. When I log in online it says I have perks available but then when I click into the perks section. They are not there…

This has been an ongoing problem and no one seems to get back to me or help me. My perks expire and this is ridiculous. No one in store can help either, they say it’s very weird and that I must email for help.
