Holes in T Shirts

In the past 3 months, I have purchased two t-shirts and after two washes the first t- shirt had a hole in it. I didn't bother to take the t-shirt back as it was too much admin for me and put it down to bad luck. Last week I purchased two more t-shirts and after one wash i noticed a hole in one of them AGAIN!!!!!. This is terrible quality and I feel cheated out of my money. The worst thing is i didn't keep the receipt of the second t shirt so can't even exchange it.
