Great service at Cotton on Gateway mall

I received exceptional service when I had to return an item but didn't have my till slip. The manager quickly thought on his feet and retrieved my purchase information from my profile by swiping my rewards card and the matter was resolved that quickly. I was impressed with the quick response.
