Gift card not working

<p>hello,</p> <p>my wife was given a gift card by cotton store in sandton in place of money ,when she returned a good that she purchased from the same store.</p> <p>When we tried to use that card at rosebank store,the said they cant see anything for that card and I need to contact the store where I purchased it.</p> <p>I have conctacted sandton store mnay times but nohting has happened til now.They took my contact details and said they will come back to me,but they never did.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really pathetic,I am a regulat cotton on customer but this experienec is really making me not to visit any of their stores ever.</p>
