GIFT CARD!!!!

I've spent over R1500 in the past two weeks at both your Cotton On and Typo branches in Galleria, visiting the stores about 4 times. I've tried to use a gift card that I received to no avail. This is extremely inconvenient as I live about 20 minutes away and Galleria is my closest store. <br> With the increase in other international retail brands like H&M and Top Shop coming into the South African scene, I would think that other stores like Cotton On would increase their service experience. This is really unfortunate, maybe I should take my shopping elsewhere.
